CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sol Skin Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure every client receives the highest quality service, please review the following policy: * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. * Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
